Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult a qualified medical doctor regarding any medical concerns before beginning any new wellness practice.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via our secure booking platforms.
Due to the nature of breathwork and personalised workshops, payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or participant with prior written notice.

3. Client Responsibility

Participation is voluntary. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to any session and for their own wellbeing during and after participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, written content, and program materials remain the intellectual property of BODY | MIND IQ / The Health Edit Ltd. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safety and quality, BODY | MIND IQ and its practitioners accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from participation beyond statutory rights under UK law.

All personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR standards.

7. Governing Law
