Why Retreats?

What you’ll experience

Our retreat priming begins 4 weeks before the retreat and integration for 4 weeks after, this allows you to experience sustainable transformation for true balance and harmony from within

Phase 1: Week 1-4 Priming the Nervous System

  • Learn to notice your patterns, regulate your breath with a daily 10 minute practice, and begin restoring physiological safety before arriving at the retreat

Phase 2: The 5 Day Immersive Retreat

  • 5 Days following the BODY | MIND IQ A.L.I.G.N. Protocol

  • Shift from “managing symptoms” to embodying safety and self-regulation, creating the conditions for the body’s natural healing response to return

Phase 3: Weeks 5-9 Integration

  • Stabilising the nervous system, deepen self-trust, and integrate new health behaviours into daily life

Phase 4: Week 10 Closing and community

  • Anchoring new identity

  • Moving forwards with clarity, confidence, and a sustainable roadmap for continued vitality and regulation
